"I needed a copy of my policy with Gainsco because my niece needed it for her boss for when she would drive company cars. I was not at home. The text was sent to me immediately. About a few minutes later I realized I needed a copy emailed to me and Jazzy did it within minutes. I then got home and realized I needed a copy of my current State Farm Policy and once again Jazzy came thru. I looked in my Insurance folder and realized I did not have Gainsco ID Cards and called Jazzy came through again. I did realize when I made my last request that I could have done it all from my laptop for State Farm but I can't get anything thru Gainsco.com. I told Jazzy I appreciated all her help and she was so understanding and helpful. It is so nice to do business with an entity that has so many awesome people working for them. I am proud that I selected State Farm."
